When you work with Real Time NetWork, you are not only partnering with a Recruiting organization, but you are also bringing aboard a Public Relations firm and a Marketing company. We become an outside advocate for your organization. 

Real Time NetWork is highly selective about the candidates we refer to our clients. Ninety six percent of our candidates are in the passive market, needing confidentiality. They are most likely working for your competition !

Before you ever meet our referrals, they have already passed our 4 stage assessment process: 

  • Screened for essential skills.

  • Thoroughly Interviewed a first time by us to make sure they would be a good fit for you.

  • Interviewed a second to uncover anything we may have missed   

  • Their References have been checked per your request.

Real Time NetWork will unleash it's nationwide cadre of connections and recruiting resources in order to fill your opening with the best and brightest. If we are not completely successful, we don't get paid. Most would agree, that is a fair arrangement. 

After a quality candidate is uncovered and has been through our rigorous screening and interview process, you can then expect frank and honest information (from us) regarding salary, talents, advantages and disadvantages.

In short you can expect all the information available to make a solid hiring decision.

Our service does not stop there 

Once a firm hiring decision has been made, Real Time NetWork stands with you to help overcome any roadblocks that may be on the mind of the candidate such as salary, benefits, employer counter offers, relocation issues, spousal concerns, etc.

Here's what else you can expect 

After hire, we then perform 30, 60 and 90 day follow-ups with your new employee. We want to make sure there are no bumps in the road during this critical transition period. On Temp, Temp to Perm and Contract employees we contact you each Friday for follow-up. 

To the best of our knowledge, mass media recruiting strategies do not and never has offered this level of service. They were not designed to perform these services.
