Policy For Referral Bonus Program
1. Any individual who refers a candidate to Real Time NetWork is eligible for up to a $ 1,000 BONUS.
The actual bonus paid will depend on the referrals new compensation when hired. Generally, salaries under 35k will pay less in bonus to you. The minimum bonus is $ 250.
2. A qualified referral must not be active in our database or employed by one of our clients.
3. Referral bonuses will be paid in full after Real Time NetWork receives payment from our client company and after the guarantee period is complete.
4. All referrals must include:
a. Candidate Name
A brief summary of skills * Please let us know if we should use your name when we contact your referral.
5. There is no monetary limit on the number of referral bonuses you can earn.
The amount of money you could earn can be substantial. As a result and due to IRS regulations, all bonuses will be reported on a 1099 which you will receive at the end of the calendar year.
