Consider this  

You are a highly prized employee at ABC, Inc.

Job Fairs

These are labor intensive and costly to a company. On the (employed) candidate side, they risk being noticed by their HR department or being confronted by their supervisor if caught. Is this something you would do ?   

"The Fairs" are largely a haven for the inexperienced, unemployed, the job hoppers and disgruntled employees unconcerned as to who may see them in attendance. Is this the "talent" you want to place in hard-to-fill positions ?
